AGE LIMIT AND ALCOHOL SERVICE

Kaaos Festival is an 18+ event, and the entire festival area is a licensed alcohol-serving area with A-license rights. Non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, food, and other snacks are also available for purchase. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages into the area is strictly prohibited.

OUTDOOR EVENT AND PAYMENT

Kaaos Festival is an outdoor event, so dressing according to the weather is recommended. Cash, bank cards, and contactless payment are accepted at the gate and throughout the area. For speed and hygiene, contactless payment is recommended.

TICKET SALES AND WRISTBANDS

Ticket sales open half an hour before the gates. All tickets will be exchanged for wristbands, which can be picked up at a designated point near the entrance. Wristband exchange begins two hours before the gates open.

SECURITY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

A security check will be conducted at the festival entrance to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. The following items are prohibited: umbrellas, personal food and drinks, professional cameras, camping chairs, pets, weapons, fireworks, explosives, or any other items that can be used as weapons. These items can be left in the cloakroom (except explosives, which must be left at home). Bringing empty or full bottles into the area is also forbidden. Bottled spring water (€3) is available for purchase and can be refilled at water stations.

SERVICES ON SITE

Near the entrance, there is a cloakroom and a lost-and-found point. A first aid tent is available, and the event is accessible – including accessible toilets. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas to ensure everyone’s comfort.

ARRIVAL AND PARKING

There is parking available near the event area for both cars and two-wheelers.

Kaaos Festival is organized in collaboration with several partners. The event is hosted by Kaaoszine and WsArena Oy. Media accreditation opens in April 2025.

Gates are open:

  • Friday, July 26, 2025: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

  • Saturday, July 27, 2025: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

The event location is Moottorikatu, Vaskiluoto “Wasasalandia,” 65170 Vaasa.

Accreditation is intended for media representatives and music industry professionals attending in a working capacity.
